Ingredients:
carrots, julienne (1 1/2 inches thick)
cucumber, julienne
radish, julienne
iceberg lettuce
egg, hard boiled
Dip:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 segment garlic, grated
2 tbsps lime juice
1 tbsp grated cheese
1 tsp catsup
Procedure:
Wash cucumber, carrots and radish before cutting into strips. Wash lettuce and remove its center.
On a bowl, mix all ingredients for the dip until it is evenly blended.
On a platter, arrange all vegetables with the lettuce as underliner and put bowl of dip on the center. Garnish with egg wedges. Cover with plastic wrap and chill before serving.
