Ingredients:
2 large white onion, cut into rings
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp ground pepper
1 1/2 tsp cold beer
Oil for frying
Procedure:
In a bowl, sift the flour, mix in pepper. Make a hole in the center and pour in beer. Stir with a fork. Don't over beat.
Heat pan and oil. Dip onion rings into batter and deep fry in batches. Drain excess oil in paper towels.
Serve with sweet chili sauce or any choice of dressing.
