ASSORTED FRESH FRUITS and Cheese








Ingredients:

2 pc red apples
1 cup red grapes
2 cups berries
1 cup strawberries
2 pc mangoes
1 pc lemon/lime
250 grams cheddar cheese

Procedure:

Wash, drain and cut apples into 1/2-inch wedges by using a paring knife or apple cutter. Squeeze the juice from the lemon/lime and rub the juice onto the apple wedges. This reduces the browning and enhances the flavor. Wash the grapes and berries, diced the mango pulp. Slice the cheese into bite-size pieces.

Arrange the fruits around the platter together with the cheese. Cover with a plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
